Abstract
Un feu arrière à installer sur un véhicule ayant un système électrique comprend un logement de feu arrière conçu pour remplacer un logement existant dun feu arrière présent sur lautomobile, le logement de feu arrière ayant un intérieur creux, une carte de circuits imprimés placée dans lintérieur creux et comprenant des segments indépendamment contrôlables possédant des DEL configurées pour transmettre une lumière dune surface de face extérieure de la carte de circuits imprimés, et un contrôleur couplé au système électrique du véhicule et au feu arrière. Le contrôleur est composé dun microprocesseur et dune mémoire. Le contrôleur est configuré pour recevoir des signaux du système électrique du véhicule, interpréter ces signaux et, en réponse, contrôler lillumination des segments indépendamment contrôlables.
