Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé en cascade pour la production d'énergie à partir de sources de chaleur à température variable. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à faire circuler un fluide de travail principal choisi parmi des composés perfluorés (comme le hexafluoro-2-méthylpentane/hexafluoro-i-hexane) dans un circuit principal (2) selon un cycle de Rankine organique supercritique principal; à coupler de manière fonctionnelle dans une chaudière (4), une source de chaleur à température variable (9) avec le fluide de travail principal du circuit principal (2) pour chauffer et vaporiser le fluide de travail principal; à faire circuler un fluide de travail auxiliaire dans un circuit auxiliaire (3) selon un cycle de Rankine auxiliaire; à coupler thermiquement en cascade le fluide de travail principal détendu du cycle de Rankine principal avec le fluide de travail auxiliaire du cycle de Rankine auxiliaire, afin de refroidir le fluide de travail principal et de chauffer le fluide de travail auxiliaire par transfert de chaleur du cycle de Rankine principal au cycle de Rankine auxiliaire avant l'expansion du fluide de travail auxiliaire dans un détendeur auxiliaire (12).
