Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions de bouillon préparées avec de la volaille. Les matières premières de volaille sélectionnées sont traitées pour obtenir un bouillon ayant une teneur élevée en protéine. Certains acides aminés et protéines spécifiques sont présents suivant une concentration relativement plus importante que celle d'un bouillon maison. Les compositions de bouillon sont efficaces pour prévenir et/ou traiter le syndrome métabolique et peuvent également avoir d'autres effets bénéfiques nutritionnels et pour la santé.
