L'invention concerne une pointe de brûleur (19) à installer dans un brûleur (11), la pointe de brûleur (19) comprenant une surface (OF) faisant face à une chambre de combustion (BR) et une structure de conduit d'air (21) conduisant vers la surface (OF) et définissant un conduit d'air (20), ainsi qu'une structure de conduit de carburant (32) conduisant vers la surface (OF), et la structure de conduit de carburant (32) définissant un conduit de carburant (33), lequel s'étend dans une zone de surface (OFB) de la pointe de brûleur (19) le long d'une première direction parallèle à la surface (OF) et s'étend au moins en partie de retour dans la zone de surface (OFB) le long d'une seconde direction (2R) différente de la première direction (1R), pour refroidir la zone de surface (OFB) de la pointe de brûleur (19) au moyen d'un carburant s'écoulant à travers le canal de carburant (33) durant le fonctionnement de la pointe de brûleur (19).
