Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition édulcorante comprenant un hydrate de carbone à goût sucré naturel, un composé de stévia, du rubusoside et du tanin, le constituant d) étant présent en une quantité comprise dans la plage de 1 mg/l à 400 mg/l. L'invention concerne également une composition édulcorante comprenant un hydrate de carbone à goût sucré naturel, un composé de stévia, du rubusoside, du tanin et un extrait de chêne ou un extrait de grenade. L'invention concerne en outre une composition édulcorante comprenant de l'acésulfame ou de l'aspartame, du sucralose, un composé de stévia, de la saccharine ou du cyclamate, de la néohespéridine et du tanin en une quantité comprise dans la plage de 1 mg/l à 400 mg/l. De plus, l'invention concerne une composition édulcorante comprenant a) de 0,1 à 50 g/l d'un hydrate de carbone à goût sucré naturel, b) de 40 à 120 g/l d'un hydrate de carbone à goût sucré naturel différent de a) et c) de 30 à 300 mg/l de rubusoside. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation desdites compositions édulcorantes pour édulcorer et préparer des boissons.
