Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'augmentation de la partie supérieure du torse qui est configuré de sorte à augmenter une force native d'un bras de l'utilisateur en aidant le mouvement du bras. Le système d'augmentation de la partie supérieure du torse comprend un châssis de corps configuré de sorte à être porté autour du torse de l'utilisateur, l'ensemble épaule étant couplé de façon pivotante au châssis de corps et un ensemble bras supérieur étant couplé de manière pivotante à l'ensemble épaule, l'ensemble bras supérieur comprenant un mécanisme de force assisté, une sortie du mécanisme de force assistée pouvant être réglé par le biais d'un premier mécanisme de réglage et d'un second mécanisme de réglage, ce qui permet alors à la sortie de se rapprocher d'une force d'assistance minimale déterminée requise pour que l'utilisateur déplace son bras à travers une plage de mouvement souhaitée, de sorte à réduire à un minimum tout couple excessif produit par le système d'augmentation de la partie supérieure du torse.
