TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of boxes, and more particularly to a new foldable box and an assembling and disassembling method thereof.
BACKGROUND
[0002] In order to reduce the transportation cost, most of the existing boxes are disassembled and transported as separate plates, and then assembled after the transportation is completed.
However, the box of such a structure has many components and the assembly method is complicated, and the assembler needs to make assembly according to the operation method in the instructions, which takes a long time. Some of the boxes may also have the problem that it is difficult to disassemble after assembly. In order to improve the assembly efficiency, foldable boxes appear on the market. For example, in one of the foldable boxes, side plates are respectively hinged with a front plate and a rear plate to form a frame, and the middle of the side plate is foldable to shorten the distance between the front plate and the back plate, thereby reducing the occupied volume of the box. However, the foldable box has the defects of many connectors and complicated structure. Therefore, there is a great room for improvement in the foldable box.

SUMMARY
[0003] In order to overcome the shortcomings and deficiencies in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a new foldable box that can realize folding, has a simple structure, reduce space occupation, facilitate storage, transportation and movement, effectively improve assembly efficiency, and can be assembled conveniently. Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembling and disassembling method for a new foldable box, which is simple in operation, saves human resources, and improves assembly and disassembly efficiency.
[0004] In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions: a new foldable box, comprising: a first plate, a second plate and two side plates; wherein the two side plates are respectively hinged to the second plate; the first plate is provided with a sliding guiding portion along a length direction of the first plate; the two side plates are respectively fixedly connected or movably connected with a sliding member;
the two sliding members are respectively slidably connected with the sliding guiding portion, so that the two side plates respectively slide toward each other along the sliding guiding portion to realize folding or slide away from each other along the sliding guiding portion to realize unfolding.
the two sliding members are respectively slidably connected with the sliding guiding portion, so that the two side plates respectively slide toward each other along the sliding guiding portion to realize folding or slide away from each other along the sliding guiding portion to realize unfolding.
[0005] The foldable box in this embodiment can be folded, the structure is simple, the occupied space is reduced, the package volume is reduced, the storage, transportation and movement are convenient, and the impact resistance can also be improved.
Unfolding and assembling are carried out when needed. The unfolding and assembling method is: pulling the first plate and/or the second plate outward; during the process of moving the first plate and/or the second plate outward, the distance between the first plate and the second plate is increased, the two sliding members respectively slide outward along the sliding guiding hole, and the two side plates respectively rotate outward around a hinge with the second plate to form a frame for unfolding. Since the heights of the first plate, the second plate and the two side plates are relatively fixed, the positioning time during assembly can be saved, and a large number of connecting members are not required for assembly, which can effectively improve assembly efficiency and make the user complete box assembling in short time and can be used to improve the ease of assembly. The foldable box can also be folded again when not in use.
