Abstract
L'invention concerne un filament composite renforcé par des fibres aléatoires/continues combinées, comprenant une pluralité de brins de fibres axiaux s'étendant de manière sensiblement continue au sein d'un matériau de matrice du filament composite renforcé par des fibres, ainsi qu'une multiplicité de tiges de fibres coupées courtes s'étendant au moins partiellement de façon aléatoire au sein du même matériau de matrice, qui est imprimé en 3D par le biais d'une tête de dépôt contenant une conduite effectuant une transition continue vers une sortie sensiblement arrondie terminée par une lèvre d'étirage, qui est entraînée pour aplatir le filament composite renforcé par des fibres contre des parties déposées précédemment de la pièce, sous la forme du matériau de matrice et inclus en son sein, une première proportion des tiges de fibres coupées courtes est amenée à s'écouler par interstices parmi les brins de fibres axiaux étalés par la lèvre d'étirage. Une seconde proportion des tiges de fibres coupées courtes est forcée contre les parties déposées précédemment de la pièce.
