Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes microfluidiques reconfigurables fondés sur des réseaux de cavités microfluidiques reliés par des canaux microfluidiques hydrophobes. Chaque cavité est classée en tant que réservoir ou bien en tant que nud, et comprend un orifice de pression par l'intermédiaire duquel une pression de gaz peut être appliquée. Des séquences de pressions de gaz, appliquées aux réservoirs et aux nuds selon une règle de transfert de fluide, permettent au fluide d'être déplacé de n'importe quel réservoir vers n'importe quel autre réservoir dans un système. De tels systèmes sont appropriés pour des dosages homogènes automatisés, à entrées multiples et sorties multiples.
