Description

Camber adjustment device for sliding apparatus This invention relates to to a camber adjustment mechanism to be used on snowboards, split boards or skis.
Generally, a reverse camber also referred as rocker is use on snowboards or skis that are design to ride in powdery snow, but this shape can also limit the versatility of the apparatus, since camber is needed on packed snow and icy condition. Also when using climbing skins on skis or split boards, reverse camber reduces traction.
In a preferred arrangement the sliding apparatus is built with a camber, and a pre shaped reverse camber device can be adjusted closer to the apparatus to match the desired shape.
