Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cartouche de régulation de pression en ligne d'étage principal. La cartouche commande de façon sélective le débit en ligne dans la même direction. La cartouche est montée à l'intérieur d'un corps et comporte une douille de commande coulissante qui peut exposer des trous radiaux dans la soupape à champignon à une position ouverte et fermer hermétiquement les trous radiaux dans une position fermée. Un collier de retenue est situé sur l'extrémité opposée de la douille de commande. L'écoulement est permis dans une direction allant de la douille de commande vers le collier de retenue. Le corps comporte un évidement d'accouplement destiné à recevoir une surépaisseur du collier de retenue qui empêche le mouvement du collier de retenue vers la douille de commande. Lorsqu'une pression fluidique est appliquée au collier de retenue dans la direction de la douille de commande, la surépaisseur du collier de retenue appuie contre le corps, empêchant, de ce fait, la pression fluidique de déplacer le collier de retenue. Ainsi, la cartouche permet seulement un écoulement de fluide dans la direction allant de la douille de commande vers le collier de retenue mais empêche un écoulement de fluide dans l'autre direction. Des joints d'étanchéité GLYD RING peuvent également être utilisées comme joints d'étanchéité pour la douille de commande et/ou le collier de retenue.
