Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour traiter un matériau immergé au fond d'un corps d'eau, par exemple au fond de la mer, par application d'énergie électrique, ledit procédé comprenant la fourniture d'électrodes dans une zone de traitement à proximité du matériau pour fournir un courant électrique à travers le matériau pour concasser le matériau, et le déplacement de fluide du corps d'eau pour l'éloigner de la zone de traitement vers l'extérieur de la zone de traitement avant l'application de l'énergie électrique.
