Description

Novel t-shirts with perfect fit sizes tailored as the body form of golden ratio (a new method of fit outfit mass production) Description This invention consists of creating a new and more efficient method for the mass t-shirt production on the basis of improved system of sizing dimensions fitting any specific person measures. In plus the said sizing dimensions allow the new t-shirts to feature the natural "ideal" fit forms of male and females corresponding to the golden ratios of shoulders to waist and hip circumferences.
The classic design and mass production of t-shirts has two major problems:
1) The standard t-shirt size chart is based only on two dimensions, as the torso's width and height, resulting in standard measures as S, M, L, XL, etc. As a consequence many persons have difficulties in finding T-shirts fitting their specific personal measures!
2) The standard t-shirt body form a.k.a. torso is typically in a rectangular form.
Thus not fitting the natural fit male form which is a trapezoid one (shoulders broader than the waist), nor the female perfect body form which is like an hourglass (bust - waist - hip). As a result the current mass t-shirts do not feature naturally the "ideal" human forms.
The solutions that this invention offers are simple, efficient and attractive in pursuit of perfection of the body forms.
In relation to the above problem 1, we aim to develop, instead of the said two dimensions sizing (length and width of the t-shirt), the production process based on multiple real dimensions of: shoulders, chest, waist, hip, arm, neck, etc.
In order to systemise it for the consumer we work with 3d, 4d, 5d, 6d, 7d etc.
Thus 3d is for example the 3 dimensions, circumferences, of shoulders - chest -waist.
4d is the above 3d + hip; 5d is 4d + arm, 6d is the 5d+ neck, etc. dimensions and combinations. Each of the said combinations contains a minimum of the big 3d dimensions for men (shoulders - chest - waist) as well as minimum 4d for women (shoulders - bust - waist - hip). Having the respective 3d and 4d for men and women allows organising a mass production on the basis of the predetermined anthropologic measures. Thus every consumer will be able to choose by internet or in any other selling point the exact fit size for the overall curves of his/her body.
For the above mentioned problem 2, we offer the mass production of t-shirts based on the golden ratios of the male body of 3d (shoulders - chest - waist) and the female body of 4d (shoulders - bust - waist - hip). The advantage is that a fit male, instead of wearing a standard t-shirt in a torso rectangular form, will have the chance to wear the new t-shirts with natural anatomic forms (as mentioned in the form of trapeze). More specifically the said form of trapezoid t-shirt torso will be in function of the golden ratio which is shoulders to waist of 1.618...
This human golden ratio has been established as a canon of beauty and attractiveness by the Ancient Greece philosophers, the Renaissance artists and modern psychologist and anthropologist studies. The said golden ratio applies to the new t-shirts for women too.
It is proven by many studies that men and women wish to have the best proportions, according to the golden ratio, for their own body as well as for the body of the partner. Naturally only some persons have the said ideal proportions of their body. This invention takes care not only of fitting the t-shirts for the "ideal body" persons, but also for every other person with any dimensions and proportions. The key for people that do not fit the golden ratio is to fit the t-shirts to their anatomy and to give an optical impression of the said ideal forms by some well known techniques of forms and backgrounds. For example a male with a rectangular body shape can wear a t-shirt fitting his real measures but the colors of the t-shirt will be designed again according to the golden ratio of shoulders to waist 1.618... The perfect fitting to the golden ratio perception in such case can be done by inside pads of silicone or other material as well as any other known technique of adding volume to the shirts. For illustrating purposes on a white torso t-shirt the white color must make the form of the golden ratio trapezoid by limiting it via underground black colors on the flanks. Thus this design will favour the perception of the body of the person as closer to the ideal proportions than it is in reality. In brief the code of the golden ratio body will be integrated in the t-shirts for every person by the cloth form and/or colors and back-grounds optical illusions. It is important to underline that by "golden ratio" t-shirts we do not mean the standard t-shirts featuring an illustration of a golden ratio spiral or formula. We do mean t-shirts based on the real forms and perceptions of real golden ratios of the dimensions of shoulders to waist to hips.
The mass-production process is based on the established methods of custom made tailoring measures of t-shirts and mass production. We simply integrate the custom made techniques of tailoring for the purposes of mass productions. It becomes possible by the introduction of the above mentioned 3d, 4d, 5d etc predetermined specific measures in the factory t-shirts designs and producing.

For predetermining the said specific measures one can use the data of anthropologic body measures studies as well as the studies for specific target group as the fitness practitioners for example.
Here is an example how a company can market such a novel line of perfect fit outfit that would help in illustrating the utility of the invention. Name of the company; "Fit outfit". Trade marks: "Fit" or "Fit Jordan".
Website www.fitoutfit.net. Slogan "fit my fit ;)". Logo: the inversed spiral of the Golden ratio. Product: "perfect fit outfit". "Fit Golden standards" production of a golden standard T-shirt for each male and female height which can serve as a measure of imperfectness or perfectness of every person. In plus for the everyday use the fit outfit production will be a perfect fit and comfortable and appealing for every person, especially the fit ones. The Fit T-shirt can be marketed in a number of ways; "the perfect t-shirt", "the golden standard t-shirt", "the alfa male t-shirt", "the sexy t-shirt", "the ideal t-shirt", "the Fibonaci t-shirt", "the attraction t-shirt", "the V form t-shirt", "the V body t-shirt" etc.
names corresponding to the actual features and advantages of the new type of t-shirt and general outfit.
As an illustration here is the specification how to proceed with the mass fabrication of male shirts 3d and golden ratio proportions of shoulder -waist:
- an example of ideal build man would be with the following measurements 48"
shoulders - 42" chest - 30" waist Thus the production is practically as simple as any standard cloth and t-shirt on the basis of tailored measures. However there is one important specificity! If an elastic tissue is not used as a main material, then the bottom part of the t-shirt would be very narrow compared to the shoulders and difficult to put on. The solution for this hip - waist area is either to use zips (one or two sides) or buttons or any other way of opening and closing. By the way this procedure, among other benefits, allows the advantage to have a fit t-shirt without any stretching elastic material on the shoulders to waist area. Thus standard cotton, bamboo, etc non-stretching material can be used for a comfortable and perfect fit.
The same principle can be applied not only for t-shirts productions, but for any other outfit. The variations of specifications resulting from this new method of perfect fit with golden ratios are practically infinite.
To sum up the perfect fit outfit integrating the strict golden standard ratios of male and women torsos is a novel product which is easy to produce and offers many new advantages and utilities for the consumers as well as profits for the producers.
