Abstract

L'invention concerne un débitmètre à dispersion thermique non-invasif à suiveur chronométrique pour la détection de fuite de fluide comprenant un dispositif de chauffage, un capteur de température ambiante et un capteur de débit qui sont configurés pour détecter la température d'un fluide dans un conduit et surveiller ensuite l'écoulement du fluide à travers le conduit. Le capteur d'écoulement de fluide est incorporé dans un circuit en pont de Wheatstone qui est utilisé pour fournir une sensibilité améliorée aux sorties des capteurs. Sur la base des relevés d'un capteur de température ambiante, le capteur de débit et le dispositif de chauffage peuvent être réglés pour optimiser le fonctionnement du système pour détecter des fuites. Un autre mode de réalisation fait appel à un capteur unique et à un dispositif de chauffage séparé qui fonctionnent conjointement pour déterminer des temps de propagation de la chaleur qui, à son tour, est utilisé pour calculer un débit. Sur la base des relevés des capteurs, l'écoulement peut être réglé pour éviter tout endommagement et les fuites en déchargeant le système d'un excès de pression.
