Abstract

La présente invention concerne une lame débranchage (4) utilisée avec une tête dabattage-ébranchage (1) dune machine forestière, en particulier. Une telle lame débranchage comprend une partie de base (6) permettant de fixer la lame de manière rotative à la tête dabattage-ébranchage et une partie de lame (8) pour le traitement des troncs darbre (16) manipulés dans la tête dabattage-ébranchage. Cette partie de lame est courbée et entoure le tronc manipulé dans la tête dabattage-ébranchage, du moins partiellement. Le rayon de courbure (r) de la lame est placé sur le côté du tronc manipulé. Dans son extrémité faisant face à la partie de base (6) et sur le côté du rayon de courbure (13), la partie de lame (8) comprend au moins un membre de serrage (14). Ce membre de serrage est formé dune pointe externe (12) faisant face à la partie de base de la partie de la lame (8) et comprenant une pointe de serrage (15) substantiellement pointue venant saccrocher fermement au tronc darbre (16) actuellement manipulé.
