Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux détecteurs fluorescents destinés à l'adénosine monophosphate cyclique (cAMP), qui sont basés sur des protéines fluorescentes uniques. Ces détecteurs utilisent moins le spectre visible que les détecteurs à base du transfert FRET, produisent de forts changements de fluorescence, et peuvent être associés les uns aux autres ou bien à d'autres détecteurs, dans un dosage multiplexe sur des lecteurs de plaques fluorescentes standard ou des systèmes d'imagerie de cellules vivantes.
