Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour détecter des défauts d'arc dans un câblage de branchement. Le système comprend un conducteur de ligne et un conducteur neutre. Un disjoncteur est connecté à une source de courant alternatif par l'intermédiaire des conducteurs de ligne et neutre. Des dispositifs de sortie électriques sont couplés au disjoncteur par l'intermédiaire des conducteurs de ligne et neutre. Chacun des dispositifs de sortie électriques comporte un élément de commutation de court-circuit neutre couplé entre les conducteurs de ligne et neutre, et un élément de commutation de commande de charge dans le conducteur de ligne. Les dispositifs de sortie électriques comprennent également chacun un dispositif de commande de sortie pour commander les éléments de commutation. Les dispositifs de commande de sortie ferment les éléments de commutation de court-circuit neutre et le dispositif de commande maître détermine si une impédance élevée est présente pour détecter un défaut d'arc en série. Les dispositifs de commande de sortie ouvrent les éléments de commutation de commande de charge et le dispositif de commande maître détermine si un quelconque courant passe sur le conducteur de ligne pour détecter un défaut d'arc parallèle.
