Abstract

Il est décrit des méthodes servant à fabriquer des articles en métal, comme des tuyaux, en déposant du matériau de soudage. Larticle ou le tuyau en métal peut être fabriqué à partir dacier inoxydable, comme de lacier inoxydable amagnétique. Un alliage amagnétique peut également servir darticle métallique. Une méthode de fabrication de tuyaux consiste à faire tourner un tuyau autour dun axe de tuyau par rapport à une buse de soudage orientée vers une paroi externe du tuyau, déposer le métal de soudage autour de la circonférence de la paroi externe au moyen de la buse de soudage et fournir du fluide de refroidissement à une paroi interne du tuyau, lequel tuyau est fabriqué à partir dun alliage dacier inoxydable amagnétique qui contient du nickel, dun alliage dacier inoxydable amagnétique qui contient du nickel et du magnésium, ou les deux.
