Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode et un système de stockage de données par une application logicielle. Dans un système de stockage de données comprenant un ou plusieurs systèmes de base de données et au moins un nud cache, l'application logicielle interface indépendamment le ou les systèmes de base de données sur une première interface dédiée et ledit nud cache sur une deuxième interface dédiée. La méthode et le système sont caractérisés en ce que : chaque requête de lecture du système de stockage de données par l'application logicielle est d'abord envoyée uniquement à la pluralité de nuds caches qui renvoie les données demandées si elles sont disponibles. Si elles ne sont pas disponibles, l'application logicielle reçoit une recherche infructueuse qui déclenche une extraction des données demandées dans le ou les systèmes de base de données. Lorsque les données demandées sont récupérées, l'application logicielle ajoute les données demandées à au moins un nud cache. La méthode et le système sont de plus caractérisés en ce que chaque écriture du ou des systèmes de base de données par l'application logicielle est aussi effectuée simultanément dans ledit nud cache. Ainsi, le peuplement dudit nud cache est effectué rapidement à chaque requête de lecture infructueuse dudit nud cache et à chaque requête d'écriture du système de stockage de données.
