Abstract

Les polymères à empreinte moléculaire (PEM) sont des matériaux capables de reconnaitre une molécule cible. Les PEM sont synthétisés en présence dun modèle daflatoxine, soit une imitation de la molécule cible, servant dempreinte quon nettoie davantage au moyen dun solvant approprié par suite de lachèvement du procédé de polymérisation, ce qui laisse un creux de la polymère ayant la même stéréochimie, la même fonction et la même morphologie que le modèle. Si le PEM croise une aflatoxine, la molécule se lie au creux à linstar de ce quelle ferait avec un récepteur.
