Abstract

Linvention décrit un procédé de préparation de capsules damidon à enveloppe molle qui, plus particulièrement, comprend les deux étapes suivantes : 1) extrusion du matériau prémélangé à base damidon dans un film dextrusion à base damidon, 2) application du revêtement de la solution de gel au film dextrusion pour former un film damidon composite, 3) traitement de deux films damidon composite en des capsules damidon à enveloppe molle par un procédé à moule rotatif.
