Abstract
L'invention porte sur un caisson de séchage de pâte de cellulose pour sécher un film (18) de pâte de cellulose, lequel caisson comprend un caisson de soufflage inférieur (26) pour souffler des gaz vers le haut vers le film (18) à travers des ouvertures de soufflage, pour sécher la pâte en fonction du principe de film porté par l'air. Le caisson de soufflage inférieur (26) comprend une zone centrale (58) comportant des ouvertures de soufflage (70, 72) formant un premier type de perforation, et une première zone latérale (52) comprenant des ouvertures de soufflage (70, 80) formant un second type de perforation, le second type de perforation étant différent du premier type de perforation. Les ouvertures de soufflage (72) de la zone centrale (58) forment un premier degré de perforation, et les ouvertures de soufflage (80) de la première zone latérale (52) forment un second degré de perforation qui est plus grand que le premier degré de perforation. En variante à cela, ou en combinaison avec cela, la première zone latérale (252 ; 352) comprend des ouvertures de soufflage (70 ; 370) agencées de façon à former un coussin d'air au-dessus de la zone latérale (252 ; 352) de façon à souffler le film (18) au voisinage d'un bord latéral (82) de celui-ci.
