Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydroconversion comprenant la mise en contact d'une matière première comprenant des matériaux renouvelables sous des conditions d'hydrotraitement en présence d'un catalyseur activé sélectionné parmi un catalyseur autosupporté, un catalyseur supporté et leurs combinaisons, les conditions de réaction pouvant être adaptées pour convertir directement la matière première renouvelable en le(s) produit(s) souhaité(s) incluant des alcools gras, des esters gras, des paraffines normales ou leurs combinaisons. Le catalyseur comprend au moins un métal du groupe VIB sélectionné parmi le molybdène et le tungstène, un métal du groupe VIII sélectionné parmi le cobalt et le nickel en vue de convertir la matière première en de quelconques alcools gras, esters gras et paraffines normales. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le procédé comprend en outre des étapes supplémentaires pour générer divers produits souhaitables, incluant les a-oléfines (ou PAO, par déshydratation de produits d'alcools gras), des lubrifiants et des bases lubrifiantes de haute viscosité (provenant de l'oligomérisation de PAO) et des lubrifiants du groupe 3 (provenant de la cooligomérisation de PAO et d'oléfines à chaîne courte).
