Abstract

Un morceau de matériau en bois dingénierie composite, comme un panneau de plancher ou un panneau de matériau de bois, est fait dune couche de matériau de bois mince de grande qualité collée sur un panneau de fibres haute densité qui est lui-même collé sur une couche de matériau dun panneau en fibres orientées de substrat inférieur épais. La couche de matériau du panneau à fibres orientées présente, sur la surface supérieure, une orientation de particules disposée parallèlement à lorientation du grain de la couche de matériau de bois de qualité supérieure. La couche en fibres haute densité résiste à la contrainte présente dans la couche supérieure et agit comme une couche de transition pour fixer la couche supérieure à la couche inférieure. Elle renforce également le panneau de plancher en composite ou la feuille de matériau de bois.
