Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de production d'eau de réduction, qui maintient une gamme de pH neutre et présente une force de réduction supérieure. L'appareil de production d'eau de réduction comprend un bain électrolytique présentant une chambre cathodique pourvue d'une cathode, une chambre anodique pourvue d'une anode, et une chambre intermédiaire interposée entre la chambre cathodique et la chambre anodique. La chambre cathodique et la chambre intermédiaire sont munies d'une entrée par laquelle l'eau est introduite, et une sortie par laquelle l'eau est évacuée. Une membrane échangeuse de cations est ménagée entre la chambre cathodique et la chambre intermédiaire, et la chambre intermédiaire contient une résine échangeuse de cations qui dissocie les ions d'hydrogène lorsque la résine échangeuse de cations réagit au contact de l'eau.
