Abstract
La présente invention concerne un contrôleur portatif utilisable avec une bandelette réactive dans le cadre du dosage d'un analyte dans un échantillon de liquide organique. Ledit contrôleur comprend un logement (110) ; un microcontrôleur (112) disposé dans le logement ; et une unité de mesure par déphasage de l'hématocrite (114). L'unité de mesure par déphasage de l'hématocrite comprend une sous-unité de génération de signaux (120), une sous-unité de type filtre passe-bas (122), une sous-unité assurant l'interface avec la cellule à échantillon d'une bandelette réactive (124), une sous-unité de type amplificateur à transimpédance (128) et une sous-unité de type détecteur de phase (130). En outre, l'unité de mesure par déphasage de l'hématocrite et le microcontrôleur sont conçus pour mesurer le déphasage d'un échantillon de liquide organique dans une cellule à échantillon d'une bandelette réactive introduite dans le contrôleur portatif et le microcontrôleur est conçu pour calculer l'hématocrite de l'échantillon de liquide organique sur la base du déphasage mesuré.
