Abstract
La présente invention a trait à un raccord vissé qui comprend un premier et un second composant tubulaire, chacun d'entre eux étant doté d'une extrémité mâle (1) et d'une extrémité femelle (2) respective, l'extrémité mâle (1) comprenant au moins une zone filetée (3) sur sa surface périphérique extérieure et se terminant en une surface terminale (7), l'extrémité femelle (2) comprenant au moins une zone filetée (4) sur sa surface périphérique intérieure et se terminant en une surface terminale (8), les zones filetées (3 ; 4) comprenant, sur au moins une partie de leur longueur, des filets (32, 42) comprenant chacun, lorsqu'ils sont vus suivant une section longitudinale passant par l'axe du composant tubulaire, un sommet de filet (36, 46), un fond de filet (35, 45), un flanc de charge (30 ; 40) et un flanc de piquage (31 ; 41), caractérisé en ce que les profils des flancs de charge mâle et femelle (30 ; 40), lorsqu'ils sont vus suivant une section longitudinale passant par l'axe de révolution (10) du raccord, sont une courbe continue dotée d'une forme convexe ou concave, le profil des flancs mâles étant complémentaire par rapport à celui des flancs femelles sur au moins 70 %, de préférence 90 % de ladite courbe continue.
