Abstract
Linvention porte sur un dispositif dinhalation doxygène comprenant une source doxygène (51), en particulier un générateur doxygène chimique ou un réservoir doxygène sous pression, au moins un masque à oxygène (55) relié par un conduit dalimentation doxygène (2, 57) à ladite source doxygène (51), un module de contrôle de flux (52) adapté pour recevoir un signal indiquant la pression ambiante ou pour détecter la pression ambiante et contrôler le flux doxygène dans le conduit dalimentation doxygène (2, 57) selon ladite pression ambiante, où le module de contrôle du flux (52) est adapté pour fournir un faible flux doxygène à une première pression ambiante, fournir un flux doxygène plus grand à une deuxième pression ambiante qui est inférieure à ladite première pression ambiante et pour augmenter ledit flux doxygène en au moins deux étapes, préférablement pour augmenter ledit flux doxygène de manière constante, où un clapet de dérivation (1) disposé dans le conduit dalimentation doxygène (2, 57) et comportant un premier parcours découlement (3) et un deuxième parcours découlement (4) comprenant un canal de dérivation (5) en disposition découlement parallèle audit premier parcours découlement (3), où ledit clapet de dérivation (1) est adapté pour diriger le flux doxygène dans ledit premier parcours découlement (3) à une température ambiante supérieure à un niveau prédéterminé selon une première condition découlement et diriger le flux doxygène dans ledit deuxième parcours découlement (4) à une pression ambiante inférieure à un niveau prédéterminé selon une deuxième condition découlement, où ledit premier parcours découlement (3) comporte une section transversale découlement plus petite que ledit deuxième parcours découlement.
