Abstract

Une structure de sécurité anti-retournement comprend un cadre derrière la cabine hautement rigide, dont une plaque de montage est boulonnée au châssis du camion. Un chapeau est intégré au cadre. La structure de sécurité anti-retournement comporte un support qui maintient le cadre à la verticale et permet de sassurer que le chapeau demeure en position et quil protègera la cabine en cas de retournement. Le cadre est boulonné au châssis au moyen des mêmes boulons qui retiennent la caisse de chargement au châssis (ou des boulons plus longs), par lequel linstallation est simple et rapide. La structure de sécurité anti-retournement est retenue fermement au châssis du camion avec une force et une rigidité élevées, mais lintégrité structurelle du châssis nest pas altérée.
