Abstract
A foldable newly designed trash bin, the characteristic lies in that this design can make it easier to lift the trash bin and dump the garbage to the specially prepared transfer box with accuracy. There are two adjustable boards installed on the bottom frame. The bottom frames are connected into the other metal frames around four sides. These frames can be disassembled and laid flat for easy transportation. There are 2 sliding poles in the middle of the box on both sides, on the top of the sliding pole is there a loop through which the suspension cable can control the opening and closing of the adjustable boards by motioning the roller and metal stands on each side of the sliding pole. Under the loop, there is a roller on the sliding pole connecting the metal stand and adjustable board for opening and closing. There are four rings on the top of the frames through which the cable can hold the trash bin to move it to the right top of the special box underneath.
All the frames are covered by the canvas or other fabric, whose material can make the total trash bin lighter. One side of the box can be opened for the bulky garbage to be moved with great convenience.

1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention pertains to a trash bin used for construction site.

2. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
All of the trash bins currently used for construction site have fixed frame with various sizes.
Garbage bin needs to be leased and shipped to the construction site if needed.
At the completion stage of the construction, the trash bin with full garbage will be delivered to the transfer station, charged by the size and weight of leased bin. This kind of fixed framed bin has the following drawbacks: (1) Garbage company needs to send the trash bin one time and take it back at another time, inevitably causing extra time and cost. (2) The trash bin sometimes has to be put far from the construction site if there is no enough space to put this bulky bin, causing great inconvenience.
All of the trash bins currently used for construction site have fixed frame with various sizes.

(3) You need to pay more than what you should since you have to use these bins with limited choices which may have more space than what you need. (4) The floor of the construction site will be badly damaged when you pull the trash bin during the loading and unloading process owing to its heaviness.
Therefore, one new trash bin for the construction site has been invented to overcome these shortcomings as mentioned above.
3. CONTENT OF INVENETION
1. This invention has the bottom board (Figure!-!), normally made of metal, surrounded by metal frames (Figure1-2). Two separate adjustable boards (Figure1-3) was installed on the bottom board within the bottom frames in which there are several holes to install metal frames of four sides. The trash bin is formed by the metal frames in four sides (Figure1-4).
The whole trash bin is bordered by these metal frames (the frames can be 4, 6 or 8 pieces). The material of the frames can be the metal or other material. Four sides of metal frame are connected and supported to each other, forming a complete shape of the box together with the bottom board. One side of the trash bin can be opened for moving bigger and heavier garbage (Figure2). It can be made flat from the bottom board for easy transportation (Figure3).
One metal sliding pole is installed on each sides of the framed box (Figure1-5) with 1 roller for each on the top (Figure1-6). There are two metal stands which connect the roller and two adjustable boards in the bottom (Figure1-7). The adjustable board will be closed when the roller is sliding up so the garbage inside won't come out. When the roller is sliding down, the adjustable board will be opened (Figure4) and the garbage lifted above will fall into the special box which can calculate the weight and measure (this special box belongs to another category of patent) On the top of the both sides of the metal frames, four rings (Figure1-8) are installed, through which the arm of the crane can hold the trash bin with the cable. Besides these 4 rings, there is one loop on the top of the roller for each side (Figure1-9), through which the roller can be lifted (Figure5) and the adjustable boards in the bottom can be motioned together with the metal stands.
The adjustable boards will be closed so the garbage inside won't be out when the roller are lifted up through the loops, The adjustable board will be opened for garbage to fall into the transfer box (Figure6) when the suspension cable of the crane is loosened, with the roller down through the sliding pole.
The metal frames are surrounded by canvas (or other fabric) via the buckle (Figure6-1) on canvas and the holes (Figure6-2) in the metal frames so as to prevent the garbage from leaking out. The canvas or fabric can be replaced by the metal board or those made of other materials to form the shape of the bin box.
Therefore, one new trash bin for the construction site has been invented to overcome these shortcomings as mentioned above.

5. APPLICATION
Referring to Drawing 1, first put the bottom board on the flat ground (Figure 1-1, 2 and 3), install the metal frames onto the bottom board (Figure1-4), the metal frames are connected each other forming the shape of box (Figure!).
Referring to Drawing 7, surround the four sides of the metal frame with canvas or other fabric by pushing buckle on the canvas into the hole of the metal frames. Thus, a trash bin for construction site is completed. If there is more garbage, more trash bins can be made in the same way.
Referring to Drawing 5, when dumping needed, the crane will lift the trash bin by the cable through the rings and loops over the right top of the transfer box.
Referring to Drawing 6, when the trash bin is right above the transfer box, the suspension cable connected the roller will be loosened (the cable connected to the rings keep tight to hold trash bin ) and the adjustable board will be opened owing to the gravity caused by the falling of the garbage.
Referring to Drawing 2 and 3, metal frames or frames made by other material can be laid flat and disassembled for reusable purpose or for easy transportation.
This new design trash bin can be carried by the builder themselves, saving the trouble of leasing from the garbage company in advance. The builder just needs the shipping company to come with it one time, which avoids the extra transportation fee and is eco-friendly. The size of the trash bin can be adjusted based on the size of the actual construction site.
And it also can be put in a place close the construction site for convenience of dumping. It will save the cost compared with the bulky trash bin for which you need to pay more. And another advantage is that this newly designed trash bin won't damage the ground during its moving process as the one currently used.
Referring to Drawing 1, first put the bottom board on the flat ground (Figure 1-1, 2 and 3), install the metal frames onto the bottom board (Figure1-4), the metal frames are connected each other forming the shape of box (Figure!).
Referring to Drawing 7, surround the four sides of the metal frame with canvas or other fabric by pushing buckle on the canvas into the hole of the metal frames. Thus, a trash bin for construction site is completed. If there is more garbage, more trash bins can be made in the same way.
Referring to Drawing 5, when dumping needed, the crane will lift the trash bin by the cable through the rings and loops over the right top of the transfer box.

Claims (9)
1. A newly designed trash bin and the characteristic lies in that: the divided adjustable boards are installed on the metal frames in the bottom. The metal frames of four sides will be connected into the metal frames in the bottom through the holes on it. On the top of the sliding pole, there is a roller which connects with the adjustable board in the bottom through two metal stands on each side. On the top of the box, there are four rings for the crane rope.
The roller can be connected with the suspension cable through the loops. The metal frames are surrounded by the canvas or other fabric.

2. According to claim 1, there are several holes in the bottom of the frames which are used to connect the metal frame of the four sides.
3. According to claim 1, the metal frames can be four pieces or six pieces or eight pieces, the metal frames are connected with each other and supported each other. They can be disassembled and laid flat.
4. According to claim 1, the frames connected to the bottom of the frames can be metal or the protection board made of other material to form the shape of the box.
5. According to claim 1, the metal frames (or protection board) connected to the bottom of the frames can be opened from one side for moving garbage easily.
6. According to claim 1, there is a metal sliding pole in the middle, on the top of which is a roller, which can move the adjustable board in the bottom through the metal stand on each side.
7. According to claim 1, two rings are installed on the top of the box on each side.
8. According to claim 1, there is one loop on the top of the roller on each side.
9. According to claim 1, several buckles are on the metals frames.
