Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de recharge d'un emballage pour des produits de consommation visqueux, tels des fluides, des gels, des mousses, des savons, des crèmes, et autres, comportant un contenant réutilisable en mesure d'être rechargé à des fins de distribution dudit produit de consommation sous pression, et une unité de recharge dans un poste de transfert fluide pour transférer le produit de consommation et/ou de l'énergie vers le contenant réutilisable en mesure d'être rechargé ou en provenance de celui-ci. L'unité de recharge est échangée quand elle est vide avec une nouvelle unité de recharge provenant d'une installation de distribution ou directement d'une installation de fabrication. Les consommateurs peuvent recharger leur emballage réutilisable au poste de transfert fluide, ceci éliminant la nécessité d'acheter le produit dans un nouvel emballage pour empêcher les déchets excessifs et économiser les coûts que représente un emballage supplémentaire.
