1. Field of the Invention This invention relates to a herbal medicinal and vitamin C composition used in the treatment of inflammation and the maintenance of good health.
2. Description of the Prior Art It is desirable to manufacture a medicinal composition that helps treat multiple health issues such as joint pain due to inflammation, elevated blood lipids levels, relieve symptoms of bronchitis, coughs and colds as well as helping support peripheral circulation.
Currently, herbal medicines focus on limited health issues and therefore multiple herbal remedies are required in order to have the same effectiveness of the present invention. Therefore, the consumer will save money by purchasing the present invention as opposed to purchasing a combination of herbal medicines in order to have the equivalent efficacy of the present invention.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of this invention to provide a herbal medicinal and vitamin C
composition that is suitable for treating joint pain due to inflammation, suitable for maintaining cardiovascular health in adults, suitable for helping reduce elevated blood lipid/hyperlipidemia in adults, suitable in helping relieve bronchitis, coughs and colds and suitable in helping the body metabolize fats and proteins.
This and further objects of this invention will become more apparent as the description of the invention proceeds.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The foregoing and further objects and advantages are obtained by manufacturing a herbal medicinal composition combined with vitamin C. The combined medicinal herbs and vitamin C encapsulated using conventional capsule assembly equipment.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
In the accompany drawings FIG. I illustrates a cross-sectional top view of a capsule containing the invention FIG. 2 illustrates a cross-sectional view of a whole capsule containing the invention DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The current invention achieves the desired results by combining specific herbs with vitamin C also known as ascorbic acid. The herbs may be organically or in-organically grown. However the preferred embodiment uses organically grown herbs.
The herbs used in the present invention are: cayenne, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, cloves and turmeric. Pure cinnamon may be used or cassia cinnamon may also be used or a combination thereof. The cinnamon used in the preferred embodiment is sweet or pure cinnamon. All the herbs used in the invention will be in powdered form. The specific herbs are mixed with a pre-determined amount of vitamin C.
Using conventional capsule filling equipment, a pre-determined amount of the mixed herbs and vitamin C is placed in a gelatin based or vegetable based capsule, the preferred capsule type being vegetable based.
Each capsule is tapped at least once and refilled accordingly. The capsule cap is then inserted in the capsule body completing the capsule.
The finished capsule containing the six herbs and the vitamin C is then polished and bottled accordingly.
Figure 1 (1) illustrates the capsule outline of a top view cross-section of a filled capsule, Fig. 1 (2) illustrates vitamin C and Fig. 1 (3) illustrates medicinal herbs.
Figure 2 (4) illustrates herbal medicine in a cross-sectional view of a whole capsule containing the invention, Fig.2 (5) illustrates the capsule body in a cross-sectional view of a whole capsule containing the invention and Fig. 3 (6) Illustrates vitamin C in a cross-sectional view of a whole capsule containing the Invention.

The minimum and maximum amount of each herb is shown below:
Minimum Maximum Cayenne 90 mg 360 mg Cinnamon 1000 mg 2500 mg Cloves 400 mg 750 mg Garlic 500 mg 12000 mg Ginger 600 mg 3000 mg Turmeric 1000 mg 4000 mg The minimum and maximum daily amount of vitamin C is shown below:
Minimum Maximum Vitamin C 2.2 mg 2000 mg The preferred embodiment will have the following daily amounts:
Cayenne 261 mg Cinnamon 1008 mg Cloves 450 mg Garlic 792 mg Ginger 783 mg Turmeric 1008 mg Vitamin C 477 mg It was found that if the preferred daily dosage of the present invention is encapsulated in 00 type capsules, 9 capsules are required. The recommended capsule amount per meal was found to be three and to be taken three times a day.
