Abstract
Mobile building comprising a plurality of wall elements (1, 2, 6, 9, 12, 13) which are articulated together and in a transport configuration, the surfaces of said wall elements rest against each other at least in part, and in the operating configurati-on encompass an interior room of the building.
Description
Description Mobile building Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a mobile building.
State of the art [0002] A mobile building is known, for example, from DE 20 2007 017 385. The building comprises a plurality of panels which are linked together by rapid fasteners.
The disadvantage of this solution is that the assembly can only be achieved with the aid of heavy equipment such as a crane, forklift, excavator or the like.
Furthermore, a plurality of parts must be transported in bulk, respectively, so that there is the danger that inadequate or unsuitable parts are present at the site and the building cannot be erected.
Disclosure of the invention Technical problem [0003] An object of the invention is to specify a mobile building that can easily be erected by one or a plurality of persons without heavy equipment.
Technical solution [0004] This problem is solved by a mobile building comprising a plurality of wall elements which are articulated together and, in a transport configuration, the surfaces of said wall elements rest against each other at least in part and, in an operating configuration, encompass an interior room of the building.
State of the art [0002] A mobile building is known, for example, from DE 20 2007 017 385. The building comprises a plurality of panels which are linked together by rapid fasteners.

Disclosure of the invention Technical problem [0003] An object of the invention is to specify a mobile building that can easily be erected by one or a plurality of persons without heavy equipment.
Technical solution [0004] This problem is solved by a mobile building comprising a plurality of wall elements which are articulated together and, in a transport configuration, the surfaces of said wall elements rest against each other at least in part and, in an operating configuration, encompass an interior room of the building.
[0005] Preferably, the wall elements comprise a base plate and a roof plate which are foldably linked, respectively, with a rear wall and a front wall which is foldably linked with the base plate or the roof plate.
[0006] The wall elements preferably also comprise at least one side wall which is foldably linked with the base plate or the roof plate.
[0007] The rear wall preferably comprises two rear wall parts foldable in relation to each other.
[0008] The foldable linkages are preferably achieved by hinges having hinge axes parallel to the base plate.
[0009] The rear wall, the front wall and the side walls are preferably standing vertically on the base plate, respectively, in the operating configuration.

The rear wall parts and the front wall parts can be identical, respectively.

Thus, the side parts, and consequently the building itself, can be designed taller than the width of the base surface.

Embodiments of the invention [0026] Figures 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a mobile building according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows the mobile building in a transport configuration, Fig. 4 shows an operating configuration and Figures 2 and 3 show intermediate stages between both. The mobile building can be transported in the transport configuration according to Fig. 1 and is used in the operating configuration according to Fig. 4 for sheltering of people or for storage of goods or the like. The mobile building comprises a base plate 1 with which the mobile building is standing on the ground in the operating configuration. A rear wall 2 is foldably located on the base plate 1 by means of a hinge 3. The rear wall 2 comprises two rear wall parts 2a and 2b of which the rear wall part 2a is linked with the base plate 1 by means of the hinge 3 and the rear wall part 2b is linked with the rear wall part 2a by means of a hinge 4. A roof plate 6 is foldably linked with the rear wall part 2b with a hinge 5. For adopting the transport position, the hinge part 2a can be folded onto the base plate 1, where the hinge part 2b on the hinge part 2a comes to rest, as is shown in Fig. 1. In doing so, the roof plate 6 also comes to rest on the base plate 1. For adopting the operating configuration, the rear wall parts 2a and 2b are folded open, as can be seen as intermediate stage in Fig. 2 . This is represented by an arrow 7 for the rear wall part 2a where the roof plate 6 is moved away from the base plate 1 in the direction of the arrows 6 such that the position according to Fig. 3 is adopted. In addition, the mobile building comprises a front wall 9 which is foldably arranged at the base plate 1 on the side opposite to the rear wall 2 by means of a hinge 10. The front wall 10 can be, in the erected state of the rear wall 2 and in the area of the front wall 9 where the roof plate 6 is slightly raised, folded open in the direction of the arrow 11 so that it is parallel to the rear wall 2 in the operating position. The roof plate 6 is now lowered onto the front wall 9 and linked to it, for example, with a rapid fastener or the like. A left side wall 12 and a right side wall 13 are oppositely arranged on longitudinal sides of the base plate 1, respectively. In the transport position, these are folded down onto the base plate 1. For adopting the operating position, these are folded open with a hinge 14 for the left side wall 12 and with a hinge 15 for the right side wall 13 such that overall the position according to Fig. 4 is adopted. The side walls 12, 13 prevent a folding up of the rear wall 2 and stabilize the rear wall 2, the front wall 9 as well as the roof plate 6. In the operating configuration, the wall elements, i.e. the base plate 1, the rear wall 2, the front wall 9, the roof plate 6 as well as the side walls 12, 13, encompass an interior room of the building.
Embodiments of the invention [0026] Figures 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a mobile building according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows the mobile building in a transport configuration, Fig. 4 shows an operating configuration and Figures 2 and 3 show intermediate stages between both. The mobile building can be transported in the transport configuration according to Fig. 1 and is used in the operating configuration according to Fig. 4 for sheltering of people or for storage of goods or the like. The mobile building comprises a base plate 1 with which the mobile building is standing on the ground in the operating configuration. A rear wall 2 is foldably located on the base plate 1 by means of a hinge 3. The rear wall 2 comprises two rear wall parts 2a and 2b of which the rear wall part 2a is linked with the base plate 1 by means of the hinge 3 and the rear wall part 2b is linked with the rear wall part 2a by means of a hinge 4. A roof plate 6 is foldably linked with the rear wall part 2b with a hinge 5. For adopting the transport position, the hinge part 2a can be folded onto the base plate 1, where the hinge part 2b on the hinge part 2a comes to rest, as is shown in Fig. 1. In doing so, the roof plate 6 also comes to rest on the base plate 1. For adopting the operating configuration, the rear wall parts 2a and 2b are folded open, as can be seen as intermediate stage in Fig. 2 . This is represented by an arrow 7 for the rear wall part 2a where the roof plate 6 is moved away from the base plate 1 in the direction of the arrows 6 such that the position according to Fig. 3 is adopted. In addition, the mobile building comprises a front wall 9 which is foldably arranged at the base plate 1 on the side opposite to the rear wall 2 by means of a hinge 10. The front wall 10 can be, in the erected state of the rear wall 2 and in the area of the front wall 9 where the roof plate 6 is slightly raised, folded open in the direction of the arrow 11 so that it is parallel to the rear wall 2 in the operating position. The roof plate 6 is now lowered onto the front wall 9 and linked to it, for example, with a rapid fastener or the like. A left side wall 12 and a right side wall 13 are oppositely arranged on longitudinal sides of the base plate 1, respectively. In the transport position, these are folded down onto the base plate 1. For adopting the operating position, these are folded open with a hinge 14 for the left side wall 12 and with a hinge 15 for the right side wall 13 such that overall the position according to Fig. 4 is adopted. The side walls 12, 13 prevent a folding up of the rear wall 2 and stabilize the rear wall 2, the front wall 9 as well as the roof plate 6. In the operating configuration, the wall elements, i.e. the base plate 1, the rear wall 2, the front wall 9, the roof plate 6 as well as the side walls 12, 13, encompass an interior room of the building.
[0027] The elements can be secured together, respectively, with quick fasteners or screw linkages or the like.
Elements such as doors, windows or the like that can be arranged almost in any way in the side walls 12, the front wall 9, the rear wall 2 or the roof plate 6 are not represented in Figures 1 to 4.

[0028] Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of a mobile building in a three-dimensional view from the side.
Here, in addition to the first embodiment described based on Figures 1 to 4, an intermediate floor 16 is foldably arranged with a hinge 17 at the front wall 9.
The intermediate floor 16 can be folded up or down, respectively, on the front wall 9 for adopting the transport configuration, where it is then folded onto on the base plate 1 for adopting the transport configuration. The installation of the intermediate floor 16-and the dimensions thereof are determined in such a way that it can be folded down together with the front wall 9 onto the base plate 1. If the intermediate plate 16 is folded down onto the front wall 9 in the direction of the arrow 18, it protrudes so far beyond the front wall 9 as that both together do not protrude beyond the base plate 1 in the area of the rear wall 2.
Here, in addition to the first embodiment described based on Figures 1 to 4, an intermediate floor 16 is foldably arranged with a hinge 17 at the front wall 9.
The intermediate floor 16 can be folded up or down, respectively, on the front wall 9 for adopting the transport configuration, where it is then folded onto on the base plate 1 for adopting the transport configuration. The installation of the intermediate floor 16-and the dimensions thereof are determined in such a way that it can be folded down together with the front wall 9 onto the base plate 1. If the intermediate plate 16 is folded down onto the front wall 9 in the direction of the arrow 18, it protrudes so far beyond the front wall 9 as that both together do not protrude beyond the base plate 1 in the area of the rear wall 2.
[0029] Figures 6 to 9 show another embodiment of a mobile building. This embodiment comprises a base plate 1 as well as a roof plate 6. Here, the rear wall 2 and the front wall 9 are identically designed and correspond to the design of the rear wall 2 of the first embodiment.
Here, the rear wall 2 also comprises rear wall parts 2a and 2b which are articulated together with a hinge and are articulated together with a hinge either with the base plate 1 or the roof plate 6, respectively. Here, the front wall 9 is configured as a mirror image to the rear wall 2 and also comprises two rear wall parts 9a, 9b which are articulated together with a hinge and are linked either with the base plate 1 or the roof plate 6, respectively, by means of a hinge. A left side wall 12 and a right side wall 13 are linked by means of hinges, respectively, with the base plate 1. As it is shown in Fig. 6, in the transport configuration the side walls are folded onto the base plate 1 wherein the rear wall 2 and the front wall 9 are folded in such a way, respectively, that the roof plate 6 is also resting on the base plate 1. Fig. 7 shows a first stage for the assembly of the mobile housing in which the rear wall 2 is erected. Then, as can be seen from Fig.
8, the front wall 9 is also erected, wherein here in Fig. 8 an intermediate stage for erecting the front wall 9 or rear wall 2, respectively, is represented. As soon as the rear wall 2 and the front wall 9 are erected and, so that the roof plate 6 of the base plate 6 is raised from the base plate 1, the side walls 12 and 13 will be erected such that the operating configuration according to Fig. 9 is reached.
Here, the rear wall 2 also comprises rear wall parts 2a and 2b which are articulated together with a hinge and are articulated together with a hinge either with the base plate 1 or the roof plate 6, respectively. Here, the front wall 9 is configured as a mirror image to the rear wall 2 and also comprises two rear wall parts 9a, 9b which are articulated together with a hinge and are linked either with the base plate 1 or the roof plate 6, respectively, by means of a hinge. A left side wall 12 and a right side wall 13 are linked by means of hinges, respectively, with the base plate 1. As it is shown in Fig. 6, in the transport configuration the side walls are folded onto the base plate 1 wherein the rear wall 2 and the front wall 9 are folded in such a way, respectively, that the roof plate 6 is also resting on the base plate 1. Fig. 7 shows a first stage for the assembly of the mobile housing in which the rear wall 2 is erected. Then, as can be seen from Fig.
8, the front wall 9 is also erected, wherein here in Fig. 8 an intermediate stage for erecting the front wall 9 or rear wall 2, respectively, is represented. As soon as the rear wall 2 and the front wall 9 are erected and, so that the roof plate 6 of the base plate 6 is raised from the base plate 1, the side walls 12 and 13 will be erected such that the operating configuration according to Fig. 9 is reached.
[0030] Fig. 10 shows a combination of the embodiments shown previously to a multistory building. In a lower area, this building is made up of a building part A
which corresponds to the embodiment of Figures 6 to 9, and, in the upper area, is made up of a building part B
which corresponds to the embodiment of Figures 1 to 5.

[0031] Fig. 11 and Fig. 12 show an alternative design of the side walls 12 and 13 using side wall 12 as an example. This side wall is divided in two and comprises a lower side wall part 12a and an upper side wall part 12b. The side wall parts 12a and 12b are movably (foldably) linked together by a hinge 19. The upper side wall part 12b can be folded onto the lower side wall part 12a in a transport position, as represented in Fig. 11, and can be brought into an operating position, as represented in Fig. 12b, in which the upper side wall part 12b and the lower side wall part 12a are lying in one plane. The hinge 19, as the other hinges as well, can be made up of one or a plurality of hinge elements. For example, two or more conventional hinges can be distributed over the edges of the upper and lower side wall parts 12a, 12b that are abutting against each other.
Claims (10)
1. A mobile building comprising a plurality of wall elements (1, 2, 6, 9, 12, 13) which are articulated together and, in a transport configuration, the surfaces of said wall elements rest against each other at least in part, and, in an operating configuration, encompass an interior room of the building, wherein the wall elements comprise a base plate (1) and a roof plate (6) which are foldably linked, respectively, with a rear wall (2) as well as a front wall (9) which is foldably linked with the base plate (1) or the roof plate (6), wherein an intermediate plate (16), which serves as an intermediate floor, is foldably arranged at the front wall (9).
2. The mobile building according to claim 1, characterized in that the intermediate plate protrudes in the folded state so far beyond the front wall 9 as that both together do not protrude beyond the base plate (1) in the area of the rear wall (2).
3. The mobile building according to claim 2, characterized in that the wall elements further comprise at least one side wall (12, 13) which is foldably linked with the base plate (1) or the roof plate (6).
4. The mobile building according to claim 3, characterized in that the rear wall (2) comprises two rear wall parts (2a, 2b) foldable in relation to each other.
5. The mobile building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foldable linkages are achieved, respectively, by hinges having hinge axes running parallel to the base plate.
6. The mobile building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rear wall (2), the front wall (9) and the side walls (12, 13) are standing vertical on the base plate (1), respectively, in the operating configuration.
7. The mobile building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rear wall (2), the front wall (9), the roof plate and the side walls (12, 13) are arranged parallel to the base plate, respectively, in the transport configuration.
8. The mobile building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rear wall (2) comprises two rear wall parts (2a, 2b) foldable in relation to each other and the front wall (9) comprises two front wall parts (9a, 9b) foldable in relation to each other.
9. The mobile building according to claim 8, characterized in that the rear wall parts (2a, 2b) and the front wall parts (9a, 9b) have same heights and widths.
10. The mobile building according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one of the side walls (12, 13) comprises a lower side wall part (12a) as well as an upper side wall part (12b) which are foldably linked together in relation to each other.
