Abstract

Un système et un procédé visant à fournir des notifications de circulation routière à des appareils mobiles sont décrits. Le système obtient des données provenant dune pluralité dappareils mobiles dans une zone semblable recueillies au moyen, p. ex., dun système GPS. Selon la vitesse à laquelle les appareils mobiles se déplacent et lemplacement de la zone semblable, des événements relatifs à la circulation routière peuvent être déterminés et dautres appareils mobiles peuvent être avisés de fournir des mises à jour dynamiques à mesure que les situations de circulation changent. Des notifications de suivi peuvent être fournies afin de tenir lutilisateur au courant de lévolution de la congestion routière, des détours peuvent être suggérés et diverses alertes peuvent être fournies. Lappareil mobile peut être connecté à un véhicule ou en faire partie et miser sur le système de notification pour fournir différents types dalertes et aviser les utilisateurs à laide de divers mécanismes.
