Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une tête d'impression ayant une face d'éjection d'encre hydrophobe. Le procédé consiste à : (a) obtenir une tête d'impression partiellement fabriquée, comprenant plusieurs chambres de buse et une surface de buse relativement hydrophile, la surface de buse définissant au moins partiellement la face d'éjection d'encre ; (b) déposer une couche de matière polymère relativement hydrophobe sur la surface de buse, la matière polymère étant résistante au retrait par polissage humide ; et (c) définir plusieurs ouvertures de buse dans la surface de buse, obtenant ainsi une tête d'impression ayant une face d'éjection d'encre relativement hydrophobe. Les étapes (b) et (c) peuvent être effectuées dans n'importe quel ordre.
