Abstract

Une lame de grattoir à glace est placée de manière à être supportée sur un dispositif de raclage de glace pour un mouvement sur une feuille de glace pour sétendre transversalement dans une direction de travail avant. Lensemble comprend une poutre dacier extrudé avec une couche dun matériau usinable fixée le long de la paroi inférieure de la poutre, lequel matériau diffère du matériau de la poutre. Une lame est fixée sous la couche de matériau usinable à laide de boulons reliés entre la lame et la poutre. La lame peut être redressée et aplanie par usinage de la couche de matériau au bas de la poutre de sorte que la poutre extrudée reste complètement intacte pendant le procédé de redressement daplanissement et, en conséquence, la déformation thermique de la poutre pendant lutilisation est prévisible et peut être adaptée pour lusinage de la couche de matériau usinable.
