Abstract
The invention discloses foils and strip laminates that can be injected, with a carrier foil that has a decorative coat or a coated decorative foil, and/or a protective coat of paint. The foils and/or laminates can be made into the required shape using molds.
Claims (10)
1. Foils and/or strip laminates that can be injected, having a carrier foil that is provided with a decorative coat or a coated decorative foil and/or a protective paint coating.
2. Foils and/or strip laminates that can be injected as per claim 1, characterized by the fact that they can be shaped as desired by using molds.
3. Foils and/or laminates as per claim 1 or 2 characterized by the fact that the coated decorative foil or the carrier foil has a metallic coating.
4. Foils and/or laminates as per one of the claims from 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that the metallic coating is opaque.
5. Foils and/or laminates as per one of the claims from 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that the metallic coating at least partially allows light through it.
6. Foils and/or laminates as per one of the claims from 1 to 5, characterized by the fact that the thickness of the metal coating varies.
7. Foils and/or laminates as per one of the claims from 1 to 6, characterized by the fact that the decorative foil is joined with the carrier foil by means of a 2-component adhesive system.
8. Foils and/or laminates as per one of the claims from 1 to 7, characterized by the fact that the protective paint coat is printable.
9. Process for the manufacture of foils and laminates as per the claims 1 to 6, characterized by the fact that a plastic foil is coated, if required, joined with a carrier foil and/or provided with a protective paint coat on which the foil and/or laminate is shaped by means of molds and finally stamped or cut.
10. Use of the foils and/or laminates for articles of daily use, household appliances, sport goods and auto parts.
