Abstract

The stairway has a caisson (1) with suction and backflow pipes (4, 5) to mount filtering units along with pumping units for suction and backflow of water in a basin. An independent part (2) is conformed to create steps and risers (2a) and is fixed on the caisson. A body of the stairway defines, after the fixing of the caisson and part, a hollow volume acting as a tank filled with water via openings (2c) of the part for subjecting the water to the action of the filtering units. The pumping units are mounted in an independent compartment fixed to the caisson receiving the filtering units.

L'invention se rattache au secteur technique de la filtration de l'eau d'un bassin de piscine.

Différentes solutions techniques ont été proposées pour assurer la filtration de l'eau d'un bassin de piscine.

C'est ainsi que l'on a proposé des ensembles autonomes de filtration sous forme de blocs ou d'escaliers montés généralement avec des panneaux constituant le bassin de la piscine.

Plus particulièrement l'invention concerne le domaine technique des escaliers filtrants.

Parmi les différentes solutions connues, on peut citer, par exemple, les escaliers qui présentent une forme générale arrondie immergée dans l'eau, et intégrant les marches et les contremarches d'escalier en tant que telles.
Cette partie immergée dans l'eau reçoit un système de filtration en étant raccordé à
une partie située à l'extérieur du bassin de la piscine et qui reçoit un moyen de pompage pour l'aspiration et le refoulement de l'eau.

Le brevet EP 0 784 136 concerne un module technique unique pour piscine, réalisé par moulage d'une matière plastique. Ce module comprend une première portion recevant les organes techniques de l'installation (pompe et filtre), et leur moyen de commande et une seconde portion dont la surface extérieure constitue des marches d'escalier. La portion qui reçoit les organes techniques doit être parfaitement étanche. Cette conception nécessite en outre d'utiliser une technique de moulage en polyester augmentant les coûts et ne permettant pas d'avoir des cadences de production élevées.

Autrement dit, la conception de ce module ne permet pas d'utiliser une technique d'injection de matière plastique.

Une autre solution ressort de l'enseignement du brevet FR 2.747.417 appartenant au demandeur. Selon l'enseignement de ce brevet, l'ensemble de l'escalier filtrant est réalisé par la technique du rotomoulage. Cette technique permet d'obtenir, directement lors de la fabrication, un corps d'escalier délimitant un volume fermé creux faisant office de réservoir. On observe cependant que cette technique de rotomoulage nécessite de réaliser au moins un logement pour l'intégration des moyens de filtration.
Comme indiqué, ce type d'escalier est conformé pour être raccordé en continuité avec les panneaux adjacents ou autres éléments constituant le bassin de la piscine, et présente, par conséquent, des agencements pour la fixation d'une toile intérieure plastifiée connue sous le nom de liner . Le plus souvent, au niveau de l'escalier, le liner est découpé en forme de U afin de délimiter une échancrure permettant la formation des marches d'escalier.

Généralement, la fixation du liner s'effectue en combinaison avec un joint d'étanchéité et une cale rapportée disposée dans une nervure formée périphériquement à l'échancrure de l'escalier. Selon l'invention, pour résoudre un tel problème, il a été conçu et mis au point un escalier filtrant qui comprend deux parties indépendantes :

- la première partie définit un caisson ouvert délimitant un volume interne sensiblement rectangulaire avec une face latérale arrière, deux faces transversales, et une ouverture parallèle à la face arrière, l'ouverture délimite une échancrure en forme de U;

- le volume interne du caisson présente des agencements pour le montage d'organes de filtration en combinaison avec des moyens de pompage situés à l'extérieur dudit caisson pour l'aspiration et le refoulement de l'eau en provenance du bassin de la piscine ;

- la seconde partie indépendante est conformée pour créer des marches et contremarches, et présente une section transversale sensiblement équerrée, d'une manière complémentaire à la section transversale interne du caisson pour fermer ledit caisson au niveau de sa face ouverte de dessus et de sa face avant ouverte, la fixation de la partie sur le caisson s'effectuant d'une manière jointive ;

Pour résoudre le problème posé d'assurer la filtration, d'une manière simple, efficace, sans nécessiter une installation particulière, en respectant les normes de sécurité, les moyens de pompage sont montés dans un compartiment indépendant apte à être fixé à la première partie recevant les organes de filtration.

Le compartiment recevant les moyens de pompage est fixé à l'arrière du caisson de la première partie.

Le ou les organes de filtration sont montés en combinaison avec les moyens de pompage par l'intermédiaire de différentes canalisations pour aspirer l'eau en provenance du bassin par les agencements des parties, en vue de soumettre ladite eau aspirée au pouvoir du ou des organes filtrants puis refouler l'eau dans le bassin au travers de buses que présente la seconde partie.

Un autre problème que se propose de résoudre l'invention, est de combiner la fonction de filtration avec d'autres fonctions.

Dans ce but, la seconde partie présente au niveau des marches et/ou contremarches, des buses de balnéothérapie et/ou de nage à contre-courant.

Compte tenu des caractéristiques à la base de l'invention et de la conception en deux parties du corps de l'escalier en tant que tel, les deux parties sont réalisées par injection d'une matière plastique. D'une manière importante, il en résulte une rationalisation de fabrication et une diminution des coûts.

L'invention est exposée ci-après plus en détail à l'aide des figures des dessins annexés dans lesquels :

- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective, avant montage, des principaux éléments de l'escalier filtrant selon l'invention ;

- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective correspondant à la figure 1, après assemblage des différents éléments ;

Comme indiqué, l'escalier filtrant selon l'invention est destiné à être monté en continuité avec les panneaux ou autres éléments constituant le bassin de la piscine, quelle que soit sa forme géométrique.

Selon l'invention, l'escalier est exécuté à partir de deux parties indépendantes (1) et (2) réalisées avantageusement par injection d'une matière plastique.

La première partie définit un caisson ouvert (1) délimitant un volume interne sensiblement rectangulaire avec une face latérale arrière (la), deux faces transversales (lb) et (lc), et une ouverture (ld) parallèle à la face arrière (la). L'ouverture (1 d) délimite une échancrure en forme de U. noter que le raccordement étanche des différentes canalisations entre le compartiment de pompage (3) et le compartiment de filtration constitué par le caisson (1), s'effectue par tout moyen connu et approprié.

Compte tenu de la réalisation en deux parties de l'escalier filtrant selon l'invention, le caisson (1) peut présenter, au niveau de sa face avant échancrée (li), des agencements permettant et facilitant la fixation du liner, étant rappelé que ce caisson (1) est réalisé par injection d'une matière plastique.
