Abstract

L'invention concerne des polypeptides et des polynucléotides associés à la mort cellulaire des trophoblastes, à la différentiation, à l'invasion, et/ou à la fusion ou au renouvellement des cellules, ainsi que leur utilisation dans la prévention, le diagnostic et le traitement des états nécessitant la régulation de la mort cellulaire des trophoblastes, de la différentiation, de l'invasion, et/ou de la fusion ou du renouvellement des cellules. Dans des aspects particuliers, l'invention concerne des procédés diagnostiques pour évaluer des conditions telles que la prééclampsie au moyen de polypeptides et de polynucléotides matadors les codant.
