Abstract
Dans le procédé de fabrication dun revêtement (10) présentant une structure colonnaire, de préférence une structure dense, un matériau de revêtement sous la forme de corpuscule primaire (1) est injecté avec un gaz porteur dans un faisceau de traitement thermique. Le matériau de revêtement est refermé dans le faisceau de traitement dans une phase vapeur et est déposé comme un condensat sous la forme dun revêtement colonnaire sur un substrat (100). Les corpuscules primaires sont des gouttelettes liquides ou ils sont formés dans chaque cas par un agglomérat de particules (2) qui sont tenues ensemble par les forces cohésives dun milieu de liaison ou par des forces adhésives. Les gouttelettes liquides comprennent un précurseur chimique dun matériau de revêtement sous la forme dune solution de sel et sont transformées par une action thermique dans le faisceau de traitement en corpuscules secondaires qui contiennent des particules (2). Les corpuscules primaires et secondaires sont désintégrés dans le faisceau de traitement par une interaction mécanique et thermique. Dans cette liaison, les particules sont dispersées de sorte que le matériau de revêtement est vaporisé complètement ou partiellement sur les particules individuelles par laction thermique.
