Abstract
Linvention concerne entre autres des procédés et un appareil automatisés à usage médical qui testent leffluent de dialyse péritonéale (DP) dans un parcours découlement (par exemple avec un système de dialyse péritonéale automatisée [DPA] ou un ensemble de dialyse péritonéale continue ambulatoire [DPCA]) de manière à détecter par exemple lapparition dune péritonite, sur la base de caractéristiques optiques de leffluent résolues à des échelles cellulaires de distance. Dans un aspect de linvention, une machine DPA comprend, par exemple dans un parcours découlement deffluent, un appareil de détection précoce de la péritonite qui comprend une source déclairage et un détecteur. La source est conçue pour éclairer leffluent du péritoine dans une chambre qui fait partie du parcours découlement et le détecteur est conçu pour détecter lilluminant diffusé par leffluent. Le détecteur détecte lilluminant réfléchi ou diffusé à une échelle cellulaire de résolution, par exemple à une échelle telle que des composants biologiques (ou autres) distincts, de la taille des cellules et présents dans leffluent peuvent être distingués les uns des autres sur la base dévénements de diffusion détectés par le détecteur.
