Abstract

This application claims priority and benefit from a cigarette that is smokeless and suitable as an anti-smoking aid and at the same time aids addicted smokers by allowing them to continue to smoke without the harmful side effects of regular toxic cigarette smoke. An alternative to smoking, this non-combustible cigarette (smokeless cigarette) is a device consisting of hollow tube of two parts. It consists of one filter cap with a screw in point to put in place with the cigarette barrel tube when joined together. The cavity between the mouth piece filter cap and the barrel of the cigarette tube embodies a three centimeter cartridge. The cartridge is punctured by two smaller sharp edged hollow tubes embedded in both parts of the cartridge through the filter cap and cigarette tube barrel. The cartridge's contents are then released to the smoker. The cartridge contains a porous felt plug saturated with nicotine and/or special evaporable flavored solutions with an aerosol agent to deliver time released dosages of flavored nicotine and/or non-nicotine to the smoker. The smokeless cigarette satisfies the oral habit of smoking and satisfies the urge for smoker's nicotine dependency without the health side effects and complies with today's anti-smoking restrictions put in place by governmentsaround the world. The smokeless cigarette renders the following results: 1. Helping to reduce the habit of smoking by replacing the habit through consumption of nicotine only. 2. To aid the quitting process to smokers who are ready to replace nicotine inhalation with harmless alternative evaporable solutions and flavors (non-nicotine containi ng cartridges).

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

A variety of products for anti-smoking purposes are known. For example, the nicotine patch and chewing gums containing nicotine, nevertheless, all these products fall short of giving the user the physical stimulation produced from the hand to mouth ritual of smoking.
Today's current smoking alternatives are insufficient in the usual habit that smokers used to, physically holding a cigarette tube in hand which satisfies the habit of smoking without all the side effects associated to it. This invention uses nicotine inhalation and serves as a replacement to smokers, with a later vision to quit without the nicotine using natural evaporable solutions in assorted flavors.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION:

The main objective of the invention is to provide a cigarette that is smokeless and to dramatically reduce the health hazards of toxic materials of combustible cigarettes which are widely known. The invention works without the effect of second hand smoke, thus providing the smoker with reasonable amount of nicotine needed to satisfy his habit through inhalation.

The invention offers a pleasant and refreshing combination of special evaporative natural elements in assorted flavors mixed with a portion of the nicotine inhaled through an aerosol agent within the porous plug contained in the cigarette shaped tube and is inhaled through a fresh air passage when used.

When using this smokeless cigarette the advantage of reducing lung cancer, heart disease, and all other serious ailments associated with combustive cigarettes are greatly improved.

Additional benefits and advantages are associated with this invention which is shown in the description in figure 1 annexed herein and will be shown by practice of the invention, methods, processes, and combinations as pointed out in the annexed claims.
2 BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRAWINGS:

1. Filter shaped mouth piece just as a regular king sized and/or 100mm cigarette tube.
2. The cigarette tube body shaped the same size of an ordinary cigarette tube.
3. Screw in piece to join the mouth piece filter part to the cigarette tube's body.
4. Smaller inner tube embedded within the filter part, open air flow channel from both sides ending with a sharp edge flushed on exact screw line part of the mouth piece.
5. Equal air flow channels on both sides of the inner smaller tube embedded in the outer tube shown in number 4.
6. Inner smaller hollow tube embedded within the cigarette tube's outer body opened from both sides ending towards a screw in cavity with a sharp edge.
7. Outer part opening of the inner tube exposed at the cigarette tube which allows air to flow through the inner cigarette barrel leading to the punctured cartridge (see number 8).
8. The nicotine and/or special evaporable fluids with aerosol agent container (cartridge).
9. Felt porous plug containing nicotine and/or special evaporative solutions through aerosol agent positioned in the center of the hollow container (cartridge).
10. Aluminum or plastic air tight seal on both ends of the cartridge containing the porous plug solutions.

Whereas specific functions and benefits from the invention have been demonstrated in the detailed description described herein, variations and modifications can be obtained by changing the contents of the porous plug to exclude nicotine and replace it with a non-nicotine based natural flavored material. This non-nicotine based cartridge yields completely harmless effects and can be switched in the same mechanical manner to render more advantages and benefits to help aid nicotine dependency. The non-nicotine smokeless experience is for those users who desire to quit nicotine also and yet keep the oral habit and obtain a pleasant refreshing intake without the nicotine.

Therefore the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to specific functional details but keeps the principle of the general inventive concept by this claim. It does not limit the basic idea of the invention in its basic yet wider spectrum of applications using the same mechanism without departing from the invention's original function.

The solution given herein in the claim is to replace the smoking habit by a smokeless non combustible cigarette and is simple, effective, and tested to work. The invention is the solution to help smokers quit, allow social smoking in restricted areas, aid environmental issues related to smoking, and defeat the health hazards of smoking regular combustible cigarettes. Also the economical advantages and expenses associated with the purchase of ordinary cigarettes to the consumer.

Claims (2)
