Abstract

Description

The utility model relates to medicine and medical equipment and is used as a tool to help stop smoking. It can be used in conditions where full-fledged smoking is not possible, for example, in airplane cabins or in public places where smoking is prohibited. In addition, the proposed device can satisfy the smoker's need for nicotine without the process of burning tobacco and the accompanying emission of smoke and harmful combustion products for the smoker and people around him, such as CO, acetone, arsenic, benzopyrene, resins, etc.

Known means of simulating smoking, made in the form of a cigarette (see US 2004003820 [1]). Known means contains a cylindrical body, the inner surface of which is covered with corrugated paper, impregnated with the corresponding aromatic substance resembling the smell of burning tobacco. A brush is placed inside the housing with the ability to move, the bristles of which, scratching the corrugated paper, stimulate the release of aroma.

A disadvantage of the known device is the poor imitation of the smoking process and the inconvenience of use. To obtain the smell of burning tobacco, it is necessary to constantly move the brush inside the case, while the brush handle exits out through the filter, which is placed in the mouth of the “smoker”. In addition, the user only inhales the smell of burning tobacco, while to completely simulate smoking, it is necessary to ensure at least minimal introduction of nicotine into the body, the absence of which can create certain psychological and / or physiological inconveniences.

Known means of simulating smoking, made in the form of a plastic mouthpiece connected to a cylindrical body through which the user can inhale a stream of air (RU 2067876 [2]). A cavity is made in the housing for placement in it of a sealed capsule (cartridge) containing a porous polymeric material impregnated with a nicotine-containing substance. As such, liquid nicotine or a mixture of nicotine, menthol and ethanol can be used. The housing is provided with means for depressurizing the capsule.

A disadvantage of the known device is the poor imitation of the smoking process.

Closest to the proposed technical essence is a device for simulating smoking, known from US 6854470 [3]. The device is shaped like a cigarette, i.e. has a hollow cylindrical body, in one of the ends of which there is a filter, and in the other an electric bulb connected to a current source located inside the body. Various aromatic mixtures are placed in front of the filter through which air drawn by the user passes. In addition, magnets, an electrically conductive element, and an integrated module for reproducing the sound (musical accompaniment) of the “smoking” process are placed in the housing.

A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not allow simulating the smoking process using a pipe, since it is known that smokers are divided into categories that use for smoking: a) cigarettes, b) cigars, c) cigarettes, e) pipes. Therefore, the well-known technical solution, which imitates the process of smoking cigarettes very closely, cannot satisfy smokers who are used to using a pipe for smoking.

Declared as a utility model, the technical solution is aimed at providing a complete simulation of the smoking process using the proposed pipe by the smoker.

This result is achieved by the fact that the pipe for smokeless smoking contains a cup, a nibble, a mouthpiece with a mouthpiece and an air channel inside the pipe with a cavity for accommodating a sealed capsule with a nicotine-containing substance and a means for its depressurization.

This result is also achieved by the fact that the means for depressurization is made in the form of two cables in a Bowden sheath, laid from the surface of the tube to the locations of the ends of the capsule.

The specified result is also achieved by the fact that the means for depressurization is made in the form of two tips installed inside the tube at the locations of the capsule ends.

The implementation of the pipe for smokeless smoking, containing a bowl, nibble, mouthpiece with a mouthpiece and an air channel inside the pipe, allows you to more fully simulate the pipe used by a smoker to smoke tobacco. In this case, the tube can be made monolithic, i.e. forming a single whole from the parts included in its composition without the possibility of separation, and can be made collapsible when the bowl, chubuk, mouthpiece are connected into a single whole using known means of fixation and fastening.

Placing the capsule carrier of the nicotine-containing substance in the air channel allows you to refuse to burn tobacco, placed in the bowl of the tube during the process of full smoking, to replace it with vapors of substances contained in the said carrier.

The carrier of a nicotine-containing substance (capsule) can be placed anywhere along the entire length of the air channel — in a bowl, in a chubuk, between the chubuk and the mouthpiece or in the mouthpiece itself. As experiments have shown, the imitation of the smoking process is most fully felt by the user if the carrier of the nicotine-containing substance is placed in the mouth of the mouthpiece between the chubuk and the mouthpiece.

The carrier of the nicotine-containing substance can be made in the form of a porous or hygroscopic material impregnated with an appropriate composition and placed in a shell (capsule) that is easily destroyed or removed before being placed in the tube.

You can use the carrier nicotine-containing substances in the form of a sealed cylinder, the bases of which are closed by membranes. In this case, it is necessary to supply the tube cavity to place the cylinder with its depressurization means, which allows the smoker to open the source of the nicotine-containing substance at the right time for its use.

The essence of the claimed as a useful model of a pipe for smokeless smoking is illustrated by examples of implementation and drawings. Figure 1 presents a General view of the tube in a perspective view. Figure 2 shows a longitudinal section of an embodiment of a tube with its carrier of a nicotine-containing substance and depressurization means in the form of two cables in a Bowden sheath. Example In the most preferred embodiment, the tube comprises a mouthpiece 1 made in one piece with a chubuk 2 and a mouthpiece 3 detachable from the chubuk with a mouthpiece 4 with a common air channel 5. In the tube, in the air channel 5, a carrier capsule 6 with a nicotine-containing substance is placed .. The carrier 6 is in the form of a hollow cylinder. Sealing of the carrier is ensured by the membranes located at the ends 7. Inside the carrier 6, a porous material 8 containing nicotine is placed. The cavity inside the tube to accommodate the carrier 6 is equipped with means for its depressurization, made in the form of two cables in the Bowden shell 9 (see figure 2) or in the form of two tips 10.

The use of the tube is as follows. The mouthpiece 3 is separated from the chubuk 2 and the carrier 6 of the nicotine-containing substance is placed in the cavity of the air channel 5, which is made in the form of a sealed cylinder, the bases of which are closed by membranes 7. Next, the mouthpiece 3 and the chubuk 2 are connected, during which the carrier 6 is depressurized as a result of rupture membranes 7 by depressurization means (tips) 10 and the smoker can absorb nicotine. When used as a means of depressurization of two cables in a Bowden tube can be stored in running order and the smoker will depressurize the carrier 6, if necessary.
