Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de communication de trafic entre une source et un groupe (G) de noeuds, y compris un noeud de réseau (MNN) dans un réseau, au moyen d'un ou plusieurs protocoles de multidiffusion. Le réseau comprend également un routeur (MR) destiné à réacheminer le trafic entre le réseau et l'internet, ainsi qu'une passerelle de signalisation multidiffusion (MSG) située au même endroit que le routeur (MR) et traduisant sur une interface des messages de signalisation d'un protocole de routage multidiffusion (MRP) en messages d'un protocole d'appartenance à un groupe (GMP). Dans le cas de réseaux mobiles, l'interface est de préférence une interface de sortie du routeur mobile (MR). La passerelle de signalisation multidiffusion (MSG) traduit de préférence des paquets de multidiffusion conjointement avec des adresses de source d'unidiffusion et des adresses de destination de multidiffusion de paquets de multidiffusion entre des protocoles IPv4 et IPv6.
