Description
La moulure de retenue pour la moustiquaire 2.5 est clipée dans le montant Multi-form shelter made up of several modules with variable dimensions The shelter is composed of several modules that can be assembled in different angles and positions by its flexible junctions. Each module is assembled mechanically to allow dismantling on the job site to change its dimension or its shape.
The surface of the module is made of a PVC film or other ultra resistant, translucent or opaque, which is attached to the frame by means of a flexible band specially designed to stretch the film and grip it to withstand the loads of wind and snow. Which is simpler than the known method, that one welds a band of PVC
serai-rigid on the PVC rope which is narrower than the width of the sections to cover and the canvas is heated as it is stretched by hand to be hung on supports of the structure. This method is very difficult in cold weather and also at wind.
The surface of the modules can also be made of glass, rigid opaque panel or the combination of both. The modules composing the shelter, can be dismantled easily for storage or re-location, while allowing you to modify your dimensions or forms by adding or removing modules.
The contour modules can be fixed, opening to the top guillotine with mosquito net freeze or retractable, sliding door or hinges.
Description of the drawings In FIG. 1A, a vertical section of the guillotine opening module is shown with fixed mosquito net 1.1. The sliding shutter 1.2 slides down, the movie is attached in the frame with the same 1.3 clip as the 1.1 net. This clip 1.3, allows stretching the rope and a solid attachment to the frame, the groove of the center allows the insertion of the tools to apply the pressure without risk of damaging the rope.
The shutter assembly is made with 90-degree angles. Strand 1.2, in closed position, bar in the head 1.4. A rope is attached to the bottom 1.5 of the same way as 1.2. The central trove is clipped to the amount 1.6. 1.7 encounters allow the maintaining pressure and sealing.
In Figure 1B, we demonstrate a horizontal section of the module, opening guillotine with fixed mosquito net. The assembly screws 1.8 fixes the corner to 90 degrees of amounts with the up and down skews. This type of assembly makes it possible to be disassembled for vary the dimensions. The hook 1.9 amounts to avoid the disengagement from component 1.2 during wind pressure and rope retention. Heading 1.10 allows the assembly of the different modules and its flexibility allows to be put and removed several times.
In FIG. 2A, one demonh ~ e ~ a vertical pe of the opening module Guillotine, with retractable mosquito net. Everything is similar to fig. except for the net. The handle 2.1 is clipped on the sliding shutter and allows, during opening down, unroll the screened wick that is restrained on this one by the clip 2.2. The head of the retention mechanism 2.3 is clipped to the top of the framework 2.4.
In Figure 2B, we show a horizontal section of the opening module guillotine with retractable mosquito net. Everything is the same as fig.lB except for the net. The retaining molding for the mosquito net 2.5 is clipped into the amount
A brush 2.7 is slid into the retainer molding 2.5 to prevent the mosquito net to beat in the wind.
Figure 2C shows an inner section of the retention mechanism the mosquito net. The left and right universal heading 2.8 came in pressure in the 2.3 head and can be screwed. Ring 2.9 is pressurized in the cylinder 2.10. The spring 2.11 is slid into the cylinder and attached to the end of the rod heading 2.8.
The ring 2.12, at the end of the spring, makes it possible to block the spring in the notches of the cylinder to perform the twist.
In FIG. 3A, a vertical section of the door module is shown.
sliding.
The top cross is identical to the bottom, unlike FIG. A. The rail

In Figure 3B, a horizontal section of the door module is shown sliding.
The amounts and meetings are the same as those 3.1. The screws 3.3 assemblies fixes the 90-degree corner of the uprights with the up and down skews. This guy assembly allows to be disassembled to vary the dimensions. Wires 3.4 and 3.S are attached as at 1.3. The meeting is fixed by the top and bottom with the same screws 3.3, two caps make the exterior finish. A fly cut 3.7 is smart on the meeting 3.6 for allow sealing between the door. Heading 3.8 allows the assembly of different modules and its flexibility can be put and removed several times.
In FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, a section of the uprights of the modules is assembled under different angles. The width of the room 4.1 determines the opening angle required and can be modified.
In Figure 7, we demonstrate the assembly of two glass roof modules tempered. The glass is deposited on the support 7.1 with a sealing cushion 7.2 of each side. The spacing between the modules allows the addition of reinforcement to obtain one more great strength at the expense of snow.
In Figure 8, we demonstrate the assembly of two roof modules in metal coating. The plywood 8.1 is introduced into the support of the frame 8.2 all around. A metal coating 8.3 is attached to the plywood 8.1 and a foam seal 8.4 makes the seal between cap.
In Figure 9, we demonstrate the assembly of two roof modules with a rope PVC or other. This clip 9.1 allows the stretching of the rope and a solid to the frame, the groove of the center allows the insertion of the tools to apply the pressure without risk to damage the rope.
In Figure 10, we show the blind bar that hangs in the rail 10.1 of frame. This bar allows you to drag all along the frame and maintain the tissue. The fabric is attached to the bar with rope 10.2. 10.3 hooks are at the ends of the bar and connected together by a rod 10.4 and a spring 10.5 which ensure a tension for check the slippage in the rail of the frame 10.1
