Abstract

Une station mobile permet d'effectuer un arbitrage et un transfert entre au moins deux réseaux informatiques (Fig. 1) et/ou de télécommunication formatés différemment. Pour que l'arbitrage et le transfert soient facilités, la station mobile doit se trouver à un emplacement donné à partir duquel elle peut communiquer avec un premier protocole par l'intermédiaire d'un premier système d'accès et avec un second protocole par l'intermédiaire d'un second système d'accès. Lorsque la station mobile se trouve à cet emplacement, elle décide de transmettre les données en temps réel avec le premier protocole par l'intermédiaire du premier système d'accès et de transmettre les données en temps réel avec le second protocole, par le premier protocole, par l'intermédiaire du second système d'accès.
