DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The brief description of the drawings are followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
Refer to FIG. 1, the exploded drawing of the invention herein; FIG. 2, the isometric drawing of the apparel bodice and the inner cloth ply of the invention herein; FIG. 3, the isometric drawing of the completed apparel bodice and the inner cloth ply of invention herein with the cups and the steel rings; FIG. 4, the isometric drawing of the embodiment of the invention herein; FIG. 5, the isometric drawing of another apparel bodice, inner cloth ply, cup, and steel ring embodiment of the invention herein; FIG. 6, the isometric drawing of the embodiment of the invention herein; FIG. 7, the isometric drawing of another apparel bodice embodiment of the invention herein; and FIG. 8, the isometric drawing of another embodiment of the invention herein.
In the built-in brassiere structure apparel 1 of the invention herein, the said apparel bodice 2 is a one-piece, continuously sewn construct made of a tubular fabric, an inner cloth ply 3 is additionally disposed at a predetermined position along the interior surface of the apparel bodice 2, and cupped breast pads 4 as well as brassiere steel wires are attached to the front surface of the inner cloth ply 3 such that after the apparel bodice 2 obverse surface and the inner cloth ply 3 front surface are aligned and overlaid, three-dimensional cups are formed, enabling at the same time the forming of a brassiere structure in the apparel 1. Wherein, the inner cloth ply 3 bottom edge is at the same time directly knitted to the apparel bodice 2 interior surface. Furthermore, besides directly knitting the inner cloth ply 3 to the apparel bodice 2 interior surface, attachment to the apparel bodice 2 can be achieved by hot pressing or adhesive.
The said apparel 1 can be fabricated as a shoulder strap 6 design or as a non-shoulder strap 6 design; in other words, the shoulder straps 6 are designed to extend from the front of the chest over the back, as removable shoulder straps 6, or as a design in which there are no shoulder straps 6 on the inner cloth ply 3, and as a sample, the apparel bodice 2 can be fabricated as tube sports attire or a corset, swim suit, or a short corset, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, and FIG. 7.
Referring to FIG. 9, the isometric drawing of fastening band at the periphery of the inner cloth ply; FIG. 10, the partial, magnified drawing of the fastening band at the periphery of the inner cloth ply; FIG. 1 l, the exploded drawing of the inner cloth ply fastening band and the cups; FIG. 12, the cross-sectional drawing of the inner cloth ply fastening band and the cups following assembly; and FIG. 13 is a partial, magnified drawing of the inner cloth ply fastening band and the cups following assembly.
Wherein, a fastening band 7 is disposed at the front surface of the inner cloth ply 3 and the cupped breast pads 4 in the apparel bodice 2 that enables the positioning of the cupped breast pads 4 on the inner cloth ply 3, with the fastening band 7 utilized for free detachment or attachment.
Referring to FIG. 14, the cross-sectional drawing of the inner cloth ply, with the surrounding cloth strip stitched to the cup and FIG. 15, the cross-sectional drawing of the inner cloth ply, with the surrounding cloth strip stitched to the cup.
Wherein, a surrounding cloth strip 8 covering the steel wires 5 is sewn proximal to the lateral edge of the inner cloth ply 3 in the apparel bodice 2 that affixes the cups 4 and the steel wires 5 to the inner cloth ply 3.
In summation of the foregoing section, the built-in brassiere structure apparel 1 of the invention herein is not only usable for various types of clothing, but is also adjustable to accommodate wearer bust size, and since the invention herein is a structure that integrates a brassiere into attire, the said structure thereby meets the patent application requirement of progressiveness and the present invention is submitted in application for new patent rights.
