Abstract

Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, un procédé de détection de la présence ou d'une quantité d'un analyte consiste à associer une première solution électrolytique contenant l'analyte avec une première région d'une électrode bipolaire, à associer une deuxième solution électrolytique contenant un système électroluminescent avec une seconde région de l'électrode bipolaire, à isoler sur le plan ionique la première solution électrolytique de la seconde, à provoquer une variation de potentiel entre les première et seconde solutions électrolytiques, et à détecter la lumière émise du système électrochimicoluminescent, ce qui permet d'indiquer la présence ou la quantité de l'analyte au niveau de la première région de l'électrode bipolaire.
