Abstract
Procédés de fixation et de traitement de tissu et d'échantillons sur une membrane à l'aide d'un rayonnement ultrasonore. On utilise des ultrasons de fréquence comprise entre 0,1 et 50 MHz, et l'échantillon ou tissu reçoit une intensité d'ultrasons comprise entre 0,1 et 200 W/cm2. L'utilisation d'ultrasons permet de réduire les durées de traitement des procédés. L'invention concerne aussi des dispositifs comprenant des transducteurs pourvus d'une ou de plusieurs têtes pour produire le rayonnement ultrasonore ; ainsi qu'une unité centrale de traitement, et éventuellement un ou plusieurs détecteurs. Les détecteurs peuvent inclure des détecteurs de mesure et de surveillance des ultrasons et de la température. Ce système de surveillance permet d'obtenir une fixation de tissu précise et optimale et un traitement ne produisant pas de fixation excessive et n'endommageant pas le tissu. Le système permet d'obtenir des performances de réactions antigène-anticorps ou d'hybridations d'acide nucléique à la fois très spécifiques et dans des temps très courts, avec peu ou pas d'échantillons de contrôle.
