Abstract

Une pince autoréglable (20) permet de saisir une pièce (22) entre une mâchoire supérieure (24) et une mâchoire inférieure (26). Ces pinces comprennent un bras supérieur (28) possédant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, avec la mâchoire supérieure située au niveau de la première extrémité. Un bras de mâchoire (34) possède une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité. La seconde extrémité du bras de mâchoire est connectée pivotant au bras supérieur au niveau d'un pivot principal (40) contigu à la seconde extrémité du bras supérieur, de sorte que la première extrémité du bras de mâchoire soit mobile sur un arc circulaire par rapport au pivot principal. La mâchoire inférieure est située au niveau de la première extrémité du bras de mâchoire en face de la mâchoire supérieure et mobile par rapport à celle-ci de sorte que la pièce puisse être saisie entre la mâchoire supérieure et la mâchoire inférieure. Un mécanisme d'emboîtement (86) emboîte de manière amovible le bras de mâchoire dans le bras supérieur à une position d'emboîtement qui est sensible à un déplacement du bras de mâchoire par rapport au bras supérieur et qui est sensible à la taille de la pièce saisie entre la mâchoire supérieure et la mâchoire inférieure, ce qui empêche la rotation du bras de mâchoire par rapport au bras supérieur.
